On 25.10.2025, at 11 am, the preparations for the cooking competition started on the Klastrompart in Józsa for this year's "Just Rabbit" gastronomic festival. Fires were lit under the stoves, which were immediately detected by the air quality sensors at the Green Sentinels's monitoring station in Yorsa.

After 11am, the amount of particulate matter in the air suddenly increased to several times the usual level, as illustrated by the data from our instruments.

Due to the cooking competition, the values of the Yorsa station stand out compared to the other stations:

Similar values occur in the evening hours of the heating season, mainly in suburban areas, as a result of residential heating. This is why the use of appropriate combustion methods is of paramount importance.
