
The annual calibration and intercomparison of our air quality measuring instruments has started. This process is being carried out simultaneously with the final two-week measurement of the baseline air quality monitoring. The site involved in the calibration and baseline measurement is the Green Sentinel Station No. 7, located on Szávay Gyula Street. For the duration of the calibration, all of our online air quality measuring instruments have been relocated to this site. The calibration and intercomparison of our instruments take place at the same time and location as the baseline measurements conducted by an independent, accredited laboratory using its accredited mobile monitoring unit. After the calibration is completed, the instruments will be reinstalled at their original locations during the first week of January 2026. In the meantime, verified air quality data can be found on the website of the National Air Pollution Monitoring Network, available here:
